E-Mail Error with Attachment

I'm having an issue with an email attachment in outlook.  I tested it and it worked fine several times -- now I keep getting this error:  

Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Failed to proceed Method on Outlook.Attachments=>Add.

I've re-started Blue Prism, Outlook, and my PC -- still getting the error.

Hi @rgwhisenant 

This is could be due to the following ,

1. Check the file path is correct

2. Check the file is not in use by anyone else or having access permission issue

May i check which vbo and action you are currently using?

1.  I did check the file path -- it did not change from when I ran a successful test.

2.  Before I attempt to attach it, I close the file, save it, and then close all instances of excel

3.  Using Microsoft 2016

4.  Using Blue Prism 7.4.1

5.  Using the Microsoft Outlook VBO (Net addition) - Send Email Action
