Hi everyone.
We're currently experiencing an AMI issue in wait stages when we're attempting to extract text from a PDF file that is opened in Edge.
The process has only recently encountered the issue (it has been running for over a year) and I've attempted the following solutions: -
- Adding additional standalone wait stages throughout the section
- Ensuring that only one port is open
- Ensured the browser extension is enabled correctly
- Restarting the Virtual Worker
- Ensured all browsing data has been cleared
The issue only appears to occur when the process is run from the Control Room or through IADA. If I manually step through the process, it works as expected. We are currently using Blue Prism v6.10.1.
Has anyone else encountered the issue recently and, if so, what solution was used to resolve the issue?
I appreciate any assistance with this.
