MS Word VBO "ExportPDF" - error thrown by code stage

Hi, I'm creating a process which exports pdf from MS word file(.docx). When I use "ExportPDF" action, the error below was thrown by code stage.   Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: この機能がインストールされていないため、エクスポートできませんでした。 *It means "Could not export PDF because the function is not installed."   Does anyone know how to solve this error?   Thank you,

Can you manually save a word document as PDF? If it's not possible to do it manually (because of some missing Word feature) then the VBO won't either.

Hello John and thank you for your reply. Yes it's possible. The version of Word is 2010 and it uses Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin.

Hmm maybe it's a language thing then? I'd recommend raising a support ticket.
