In UK GIDS we have a concept of track changes to allow the clients to provide the specific wording to a letter for a change. To allow the business to review letter packs in full for a Business area in Encorr we have a custom facility to create a letter pack. This is a full output in MS Word format to provide to a client a way to share and complete the track changes to help progress a enhancement. It would be helpful to have a base facility in communication to replicate this action. Currently it is a twice a year process. Configuration to facility would then allow multiple outputs if required.
