In UK GIDS we have a concept of track changes to allow the clients to provide the specific wording to a letter for a change. To allow the business to review letter packs in full for a Business area in Encorr we have a custom facility to create a letter pack. This is a full output in MS Word format to provide to a client a way to share and complete the track changes to help progress a enhancement. It would be helpful to have a base facility in communication to replicate this action. Currently it is a twice a year process. Configuration to facility would then allow multiple outputs if required.

For some additional context for this idea, clients often request updated correspondence pack output for which we have the current tool that creates this at the push of a button. There isn’t a way to do this in Comms therefore it becomes a manual time consuming task likely to lead to client dissatisfaction. Without it, it’ll also elongate our delivery process for correspondence changes increasing costs to clients who are already ‘squeezing’ us to streamline process and reduce cost.
