PROBLEM: Although the w67u999s table shows the parent / child relationship between Objects, for Cloud Chorus BPM Customers we have no access to query the database to easily find, for example, specific Work Objects that don't have any attachments or Sources Objects that don't have parents. Instead these requests have to be made via a ticket the SS&C Support Desk (as a part way house I've also separately asked them for some queries to be added to Jenkins as self-service Jobs). BUSINESS CONTEXT: Specifically, we have some online journeys where sometimes an uploaded image is being lost in transit upstream from Chorus and it would be useful to be able to more easily find and track when these scenario has happened. IDEA: Would it be possible for the base Chorus to have 2 new "AWD fields" (ideally in the w03, w00, W65) that has a simple flag (e.g. Y/N or 1,0) to show whether a relationship exists or not? For example: Database Field Name: HASPARENT | Dataname: HASP (Object has Parent) - this could apply to Sources, Cases, Transactions, Folders Database Field Name: HASCHILD | Dataname: HASC (Object has Child) - this could apply to Folders, Cases and Transactions The field would need to be set and updated via the base product, e.g. upon a break/make relationship event in the w67. Finally, assuming this is added, please can this same data also be mapped to Analytics, so it can also be measured/reported via there too in custom reports (e.g. using the Work, Queue, Source Dimension etc.). Thanks in advance. Welcome also any other ideas you have on this (in case we're overlooking alternatives.)
