Prior in Classic AWD users were not able to copy and paste a special character comment. AWD would error out and not allow the user to paste the comment. We would like this functionality to be added to Chorus Processor Workspace. Once we had users in Legacy Processor Workspace and current Processor Workspace they have been able to add special character (nonunion) comments and this causes the object to completely error out when it is opened again. Updating the comment and removing the special character () does not resolve the issue. Our only work around is to have the user create a new object and copy and paste from the previous Chorus comment. Copying and pasting the comments from Chorus does not cause the object to error, only when we copy and paste from our other documentation and websites. This is in response to ticket CS0047171 and CS0039472

After migrating from Java Content Viewer to HTML Content viewer our clients are complaining that the font size and in particular font color is difficult to read. I confirmed a standard AWD/Rip report displays in dark black text when viewed in Java Content Viewer but is light grey in HTML Content Viewer. This causes extra time and errors in reading information. Is it possible for ASCII or other text based file types to be able to either darken the current font color or allow the user to pick a darker color.

We recently upgraded to Chorus BPM v 24.1.0.3. We now have the ability to adjust the columns in Chorus History. The enhancements to this window come with one cost: Short comments are fine. Comments that are separated by frequent Enter breaks are fine. But, if the comments are one long block of text it is hard, if not impossible sometimes, to move the column enough to see everything. Our request is that comments wrap within the Chorus History window regardless of the width of the column so that users who prefer to view comments in the History window can view all comments on one screen.

Regarding the warning message of file size being too large, I noticed that the message does not appear at the beginning of the file upload process. It only appears after the AWD has attempted to upload the file for 2-3 mins. Additionally, the message does not clearly state that the system error is caused by the file size exceeding 25MB. Could we implement the warning message without the 2-3 minute wait? Furthermore, can we make the message more explicit?

We would like the Workspace Timeout to redirect Users automatically to logon window once they are timed out (with no windows received). This will prevent multiple screens received when users are timed out of Workspaces. Currently when timed out of workstation, User will receive multiple windows asking to leave or cancel. #Workspace #Timeout #Windows Chorus BPM #Processor

Ability to call Chorus Rest API to work select by process model. If a UserID has access to several deployed solutions, there is no way to limit work accept to 'change' work select privileges to queues. Having options on Rest API call to single out which process model to get work would eliminate the need for one user to have multiple signons per deployed solution.

Currently, the number of work selected items is a system level setting. We have more than one solution, where one solution requires only one item for work select, we have another that would benefit from more than one at a time.

Work items which are stuck in infinite loops impact Chorus BPM system performance, and in some cases system stability. This issue impacts both hosted and self-hosted clients. When we see high CPU utilisation on the application and database servers, we query the WA2 BI event table to find work items which are stuck in a loop. This reactive step allows us to identify the work items which are impacting performance but doesn't address the root cause. We could like Chorus BPM design studio to identify potential infinite loops as part of process validation. The beta process test automation framework was able to identify loops. Maybe this code could be used as the basis of a solution?

Provide for the ability to record text and images in a single place (e.g. worksheet) to record the information used in the human thought process in arriving at a decision e.g. Claims assessment. The following are the key requirements: The ‘worksheet’ must be able to include text and images e.g. a screen capture of a section of a document. Note that most documents are many pages long so its essential that key parts can be extracted and included in this worksheet The ‘worksheet’ is a living a document but must have the ability to lock down previously captured sections of text and images at key stages e.g. when they decide to contact the client. The ‘worksheet’ should automatically record the person, the time and date each update is made and present the information in chronological order The ‘worksheet’ should be laid out in sections e.g. a template with sections for specific text and images. The ‘worksheet’ and sections of the 'worksheet' must be access controlled.

The search drop down list within Processor Workspace is forced to be in alphabetical order. We are given the ability to specify the order that lookups are in within the LOOKUP resource parameters list, so the drop down should obey this order. Having frequently used searches at the top of the list is more streamlined and user friendly for the end users. This used to be functionality that existed but was taken away.

Regarding EQM inbound email contents, our client found that when the email body has over 10k chars, those content length after 10k will be truncated. This is confirmed with development team on the limitation. Our client needs a search of Ref id in the email body text, so that the workflow logic will link the email in source to the work with same Ref id. In the case when email go back and forth, it will become a long email thread. This long email body text has been truncated and unable to return the Ref id for further processing. This limitation is impacting the business operation, client requests an enhancement on the EQM capture component and allow configuration.

Recently Chorus was enhanced to add a user preference so that the Comments Card shows the comments based on the Show drop down option within the card. This user preference does not apply to the comments preview window that appears when holding the mouse over the comment bubble on a work item. The preview window only shows user comments. This becomes confusing for end users because they believe that they had selected to view all comments and then do not understand why the preview is missing some, or in some cases many, of the comments.

As a process designer I would like to be able to compare two versions of a model and for the differences to be highlighted in Design Studio. This will help me identify and assess the impact of changes. The bpmn.io framework used by Design Studio supports this capability, but we currently need to export models to use it.

From the Processor tab, the BA WT Status search is part of base functionality. Currently, the results are not displaying consistently. Usually the oldest work item is displayed first, but not always. The problem for my Users is that older work items should be worked first. When some older items are found lower on the list it may impact SLA. I created a ticket and was informed the search results are displaying as designed with no order by. My request is to add a sort option on the results page for ascending or descending in base searches. May be used for sorting dates, policy #, etc.

Users have ability to suspend BUT they can use the suspend feature to take work out of quality by Suspending and then having an activate status that wakes up in a different queue. Essentially bypassing quality. We would like the suspension feature to have additional access to restrict the activation status option or ability to add an activation status as addtional resource. Thank you

Allow the user to select font, font size, and font color in Processor Workspace view history. Our clients complain the current text color is too light and small to read easily.

As part of accessibility standards, users navigating by keyboard (using the tab key) should be able to move sequentially from left to right and top to bottom through the focusable elements on a page. They should also be able to see the tab focus. Tabbing in Processor does not meet this standard. Users should be able to start at the Workspace menu and tab across (to User profile) and down (through function cards Worklist, Search, Create et cetera, and Quick Creates), then tab through their open cards and minimized cards.
