Hi, I am unable to access any University content via the website. When I click on a course e.g. the Decipher IDP Foundation training it takes me to a log in page but when I attempt to "sign in with customer portal" the screen says that "something went wrong" and that's it. Has anybody got any idea how I can resolve this to access the content I need?

Thanks to everyone for their support. @bweschke resolved the issue for me. The cause of the issue was that my university account had been deactivated due to inactivity. When the account was reactivated I was able to successfully access the university content.

I usually use Firefox.
One day, just like you, I saw the message 'something went wrong' and was unable to log in.
When I switched to Chrome, I was able to log in.
I recommend trying another browser.
