Login Agent Failed After Change IP Address

EricLi

One of our fix IP runtime resource is out of work after changed to another fix IP.  We have changed settings we can think of, but the login agent still do not work. Check the event log, an error message as:

Failed to process session change. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at LoginAgentService.LoginAgentService.StartResourcePC(Config cfg)
at LoginAgentService.LoginAgentService.OnSessionChange(SessionChangeDescription desc)
at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.DeferredSessionChange(Int32 eventType, Int32 sessionId)

What should I do to address this issue.

Hi Eric,

Did you update the DNS after changing the IP? run a ipconfig /flushdns from the cmd of application server and the Interactive client.
also try changing the connection settings in systems>settings to register using machine short name and communicate using FQDN.
