Outlook - 1.3.0 (M365) downloaded from DX not working

Hi,

I have downloaded the VBO Outlook - 1.3.0 (M365) from DX:

Blue Prism Digital Exchange

After running the object, no email is successfully sent:

However, if I use another VBO downloaded from DX, it works:

Have you done all the pre-requisites to use the Microsoft 365 Outlook asset as per the user guide?

Are you able to authenticate and run the Send mail action?

Hi,

Just to clarify here you have some issue using the Microsoft 365 - Outlook - 1.3.0 asset? This is the Graph API implementation to send emails which doesn't require Outlook to be installed locally. Can you share screenshots of your Blue Prism configuration and any error message that your might have noticed.

The other asset MS Outlook VBO 10.2.3 requires MS Outlook.

Sorry that there is no error message, the process completed but no email is being sent (nor received).

For BP configuration, may I know which config are you referring to?

We are using BP6.10.1.

Hi Sun Hung,

It wasn't clear to me which VBO is working for you and which one is not.

If using the MS Outlook Email VBO the email is not getting sent, please check in your Outlook client if there are any popups or check in Outbox if the email is drafted there. 

Do also check if you have multiple profiles configured in Outlook.

You are correct, I do not aware that there is such a complicated setup for using this Microsoft 365 Outlook asset.

It is because for v10.2.3 , simply downloaded and it works.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.
