Unable to access Interact website

Hello team,

After logging into the hub with an admin account not able to see the Interact option to access the Interact website.

I see only Hub while the guide states we should see the Interact option as well.

Any idea how to enable the Interact here so we can access the website and submit the form.

Yes, Shashank Interact is installed and we have created a test form as well.

Now looking to access the Interact website so we can submit the form and see the next steps of integration with BP.

Hi, Tejas,

even though you write that you created a test form was it in the same instance? Assuming you installed plugins (ALM and Interact) within Hub, right? 

Have you tried restarting the server where it runs?

Can you check the logs?

Is the user account set up with the correct permissions? You need to select Interact to see the tile.

Yes, I can see all 4 checkboxes ticked in the hub but they seem to be hidden.

Hello team,

To ensure we did the installation the right way we reinstalled the installers and followed the steps again in case we missed anything.

We are able to see the Interact Tile now but stuck now on the next step to set up Service Account.

Also when we click on the Interact tile the page throws the below error.

Any lead to resolving these 2 errors?
