Our Community Blueprints library is a collection of real-life intelligent automation projects that have already been successfully delivered by members of our community. Each one contains:
- A problem statement.
- The SS&C Blue Prism technologies used in the project.
- The 3rd party tools used.
- A phase-by-phase overview of the design and implementation process.
- The challenges the team faced during development, and how they overcame.
- Advice for others looking to create similar work.

Vote on, or create your own, product features and improvements.
One of our favourite spaces in the Community is the Product Ideas board. This space allows you to submit ideas for new features and improvements that you would like to see in our product development roadmap. Once submitted, other community members can vote to support your idea and, once an idea reaches a certain number of votes, it is formally considered for development.
You can filter ideas by product and, if you spot an idea you like, you are able to add your own vote to it too.

Ask your intelligent automation questions, and get answers from fellow pros.
In the Product Forum, you'll find a lively list of questions and problems being shared by members of the community. Each discussion starts with a problem, and proceeds with other members asking for further information, offering advice and, in the end, coming up with a solution to the original question. Over 80% of the questions asked in our community end up being solved by other members, but there are always tricky questions that require extra help.

Members of our community run a variety of user groups that are for intelligent automation professionals who belong to a specific geographical location. Many of these groups contain discussions specific to that region or interest that you won't find elsewhere in the Community. We also host a variety of language based groups for members of our community who prefer to interact in a language other than English.

Each pillar has its own space, and you can find them below. You'll also find members of our community discussing how they're implementing ROM in their own organizations, and how they adapt the core principles of ROM to fit their needs.
