Converting PDF to PNG and cropping the PNG file

Is there any free Business Objects provided by Blue Prism that can convert the PDF file to PNG file and/or cropping the PNG file?

or

Anyone knows any other ways to do that?

Are write and read permissions enabled on the dll file? Also check that there is no instance consuming the dll.
