Created DB is not showing in BP App Server drop down

I am have created one new DB and Test connection was successful. 

But, the DB name was not showing in drop down option. Then i realize DB has been created but it is unable to save the configuration locally. i got attached error. Can any one help on this?

It looks like the Windows user does not have permission to edit the config file at C:\ProgramData\Blue Prism Limited\Automate V3\Automate.config
