I have upgraded the Dev and test environments from v 5.0.30 to 6.2.1, server connection mode is WCF with transport encryption and windows authentication. operations from interactive client is getting hung and there a significant reduction in the UI response. Every operation (drag and drop a process to runtime resource, filtering the Sessions logs, scroll through schedules, workqueue logs) is responding slow  any one experiencing the same issue? open discussions and suggestions invited

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing on 6.2. Shortly after upgrading to the new version we started having performance issues.

We faced the same slowness issue when we upgraded from BP 5.0 to BP 6.2.1 using WCF connection mode. We were informed by BP support that the WCF connection mode slowness is a known issue that BP is looking at. We had to switch the connection mode back to .NET Remoting:Secure for the slowness to go away. We await a fix by BP on the WCF issue before we can switch to WCF again

We are facing the same slowness issue when we upgraded our environment for DEV and UAT from BP 5.0.34 to BP 6.2.1 using WCF Connection mode - SOAP with Message Encryption and Windows Authentication. We have raised the support ticket - provided the examples where compared between WCF and .NET  - what we get from support is only kind of very generic reply - ""The dip in performance is expected due to the amount of overlaying added (Extra security). The biggest reason for the dip in performance is because with WCF we are sending the request/response as XML, rather than as binary data when using .NET remoting. The lager payloads take longer to send/receive""  with reference to the link https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/v6-data-sheet-selecting-bp-serve… where is no ANY note about it and as per going through decision tree for WCF connection mode - all is going to WCF. Upgrade for Our Production environment  is planned in ~2-3 weeks... We are waiting  for next info from support....  Will be there Fix released? Let's see....
