Decision connectivity error

Hi, Community

I've created Decision Model from the Hub but faced the following error while trying to run Decision VBO to test the Model. It looks like the connectivity issue happening between Blue Prism and Decision.

There is no webpage for the Decision up and running  from the IIS, so maybe I can't use the browser. Instead, I can see the corresponding port is open.

Can any let us know how to check the connectivity and get close to the root cause?

What is the Hub version you're using to run Decision? Have you checked the known issues pages (link here for Decision with Hub 4.7) to see if the issue you're experiencing is described there?

If the issue you're experiencing isn't described in the Known Issues documentation, you've checked into potential connectivity/environmental causes to rule them out and still need help with this, I would suggest you open a Support ticket with us containing the necessary information for troubleshooting (EV/Hub logs, etc.) so we could help investigate further.
