Edge connecting issue between Dev and Prd

Hi, we have two environments - Dev and Prd. We are using Blue Prism 6.6. Our Edge browsers are different versions, we have the Edge Browser extension installed. In dev our objects work, but if we release it to prod, the object doesn't connect. Do you think its the different Edge versions? What are our options - because the updates will be pushed to Edge.

Although as per browser compatibility matrix BP Version 6.6 do not support edge officially (https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/browser-compatibility.htm​)
but can you share with snapshot if there is any error coming ?
and is there different in edge version in both the env?

Hey Stephanie, I hope you are doing well today. 

Like Neeraj mentioned, there is not official compatibility/support for for Edge on Blue Prism version 6.6. Edge did not become officially supported until Blue Prism version 6.8. On top of that, newer Blue Prism versions fix a lot of compatibility issues with all browsers, 6.10.4 being an example of a better option for Browser compatibility. It is definitely very possible that the Edge version plays an impact in how it interacts with Blue Prism. If it is possible, I do think an upgrade to one of the 6.10 versions would be the best for browser compatibility.

Thanks for the responses. There were no errors msgs, just elements not being found. We will upgrade our version to 6.10.4. Thanks for the assitance.
