Fail to import system font

Hi, Community

I've faced with the following error while importing the system font into Blue Prism.
The error message says like: An error occurred while generating the font: Index out of range exception.

Can anyone guide me to check points?

Hi Hongjoo,

This is not a common error (i.e. we don't have a KB article about this) and there's not a lot of detail provided here -- could you please elaborate on the specific font attempting to be imported, in which Blue Prism screen you're getting this error, and the relevant environmental details so others could potentially offer some assistance?

Alternately, this may be an issue which we in Product Support could assist with in a Support ticket -- have you opened a ticket with us about this?

Thank you for the reply.

The issue occurred to one of our partner engineers while we were providing a training session for surface automation, so it was not any complicated or  special task  The font to be imported was Tahoma 9 and Arial 10 at the moment but it seems not to do a specific font rather related to the import function itself. The device was a newly purchaged one with Windows 11 and the up-to-date version Blue Prism Leraning Edition was installed.

The ticket was raised but unfortunately, I didn't get any further response from the partner engineer to follow-up questions thereafter.

Perhaps, it's to do with Windows OS or something(?). Here, in this community, I just wanted to know if there was any similar cases.
