How can we free up the RAM used by Decipher?

We are seeing Decipher using a lot of RAM even when there is no load running on the window.

Our system has a 16GB of RAM Memory. It has 13 GB in use, it does not allow access and it gives us errors in Data and Class Verification.

Hi Gloria,

What is your current server configuration? Have you checked this with our sizing guide?

Is a Capture model currently training? You will be able to tell by what tasks are running or if the model state in the database is 2. (CaptureModelML table)
