The Interact Remote API service account is not available in v4.3. The Client ID when creating the credential is InteractRemoteClient and the secret is generated as the last stage of the installation. If you haven't retained it, it's stored in a folder which by default is found at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Interact Remote API secret
