Login Agent - ERROR: Exception : 0x80131505: The operation has timed out.

Testing Login Agent using Alternative method.

I installed the SAS service and set the local legal message policy.
But Login Process can not traverse pre-login message and results in Exception with 0x80131505.
How can I configure the Blue Prism SAS service to attempt to disable the policy setting on-the-fly as the document commented?

Hi Bohyon. Happy new year!

Throughout a remote console: Are you able to see what happens when you try to login? 

I've seen this issue in the past being caused by an
absence of a credential provider whitelisted in Ping Identity. Not quite sure if that's your case here, but it's worth checking it. This needs to be added in the registry instructions can be found here, https://docs.pingidentity.com/bundle/pingid/page/bzr1564020468546.html 

The Blue Prism credential provider CLSID is: {75A22DF0-BB1D-46ed-B119-CD30507bd615} (details in the following KB http://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/support-center#/path/1423825582)
