MS Excel VBO how to read filtered rows?

Hello Everyone

I am new to Blue Prism. I have a excel like this.

If I open this excel, it is filtered by 2 so only 2nd and 3rd can be saw.
But I use MS Excel VBO to read the worksheet but get all data of all rows .

Any method to get filtered rows (value = 2) user filter on Excel?

Hi @James Li,

I don't recall if there's an option to filter using one of the actions on the VBO, but what you could do is use the Get Worksheet as Collection action and then apply your filter to the Collection.​

Hi James,

In case of getting data from MS Excel I would suggest to use Data - OLEDB object and do SQL query where filtering criterions are applied. This would bring more stability.
