MS Outlook VBO error

When I use the "Send Email" action of MS Outlook VBO I'm getting the below error..Please help

Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))

Is Outlook already running and logged in when you attempt to send the email? If not, does it prompt for login credentials when you start it?

Ok. The next thing I would check is your Trust Center settings. If you open Outlook and go to File -> Options -> ​Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings, what is selected under Programmatic Access? Does it look like this?
