Unable to enroll on the courses on the Blueprism University.

I am unable to enroll on any of the courses on the Blueprism University. When I click on the Enroll button I get the error: 500

Can you send a screenshot? Make sure you update the correct organization under the profile section.

I managed to find a list of things to check in FAQ

I was using the company VPN even though it previously worked. I will retry using my personal computer.

This is the error I get:

Hi

When logging onto my PC, I get an 'Internal Server Error - Email already been taken'.

Should I create another profile to be used on this PC, since I'm not able to enroll using the organisation's VPN?

I already had a similar problem, clearing the cache/cookies resolved the problem, have you tried this process?

Hi – I tried this but it's still not working for me.

 



The IT department of my organisation investigated and they confirmed that the problem is NOT on their side.

I also created a new profile using my gmail account but I am still getting the error on this new profile.

Hi @Raygana Ismail - Try updating or just check if your profile is reflecting your correct work email address (https://portal.blueprism.com/user/ ).
