Translate button?

On occasion, threads drop into the community in another language than English. I have recently seen a few in Spanish. In order for these to have a larger audience than only the Spanish speaking part of our community, wouldn't it be nice to be able to translate the thread to say English. This works two ways, as even the Spanish speakers amongst us would be benefitting from having English threads translated to Spanish.

The simplest way to do that would be deploying Google Translate on thread level, but obviously there are other options.

And yes, I am aware that Google's (or other's) translations are not always the best, I use them on all my sites, but they are much better than trying to understand or write in a language that you hardly know. 
And yes, I am aware that most of us could copy and paste the foreign language text into a separate instance of the translator, unfortunately, not everybody is allowed to use that tool at work.
