Hi,
I am new in Blue Prism. My requirement is I need to send or reply email with attachment. I am using MS Outlook VBO and action is "Send Email" but email is not sending from Outlook. can any one help me on this.
Given below is the flow. Is there anything wrong with this below flow that I have created. Please need your help.

Is outlook application open?
There is nothing wrong in inputs of send email action outlook VBO.
Can you please check in outbox

Yes Soumya, Outlook is always open. Here is my case there is two account (bot@mindlance.com , SalesOpsBot@mindlance.com) in one Outlook highlighted in yellow in below screen shot. When I send email using Action "Send Email" now I found sent email in first account (bot@mindlance.com ) "Sent Item" folder although I tried to send from second account (SalesOpsBot@mindlance.com). Is there any settings required for this or how to set up. And also I found that If I mentioned Shared Mail property in "Send EMail" action as second account (SalesOpsBot@mindlance.com- From this account need to send mail by Bot) then it is giving autogenerated mail that no permission to send email from first account (bot@mindlance.com) where as first account & second account is different mail id and password. When it is always considering first account.
Can you please suggest below Flow chart and Property value correct ?
Or I need to first use "Set Profile" action in MS Outlook Mail VBO. Given below is the flow chart.

I have given SalesOpsBot@mindlance.com in Account Display Name input but getting error mesage.
Error message:
Do I need to include "Set Profile" Action Before "Send Email" action?

Hi,
Try set profile action first then send email
or try to make that email id as default in outlook application

Same error message giving. Is this because two mail account (bot@mindlance.com & SalesOpsBot@mindlance.com) in the same MS Outlook?

Hi,
Try making that email id default in outlook application.
You can do it in account settings

Thank you Soumya, it is working. Can you suggest how send multiple attachments like do I need to send like that "c:/abc/sample1.pptx; c:/abc/sample2.pptx". when sending it is giving error.Here any wrong syntax I have used?
