Content Viewer--Add option to disable Thumbnail

Some user pefer to not have the thumbnail pop-up everytime a new images comes up. It would be great to add an option under the User Preference to turn the Thumbnail off at the user level and keep the setting until it's change meaning not have it turn on the next time CV is open either on the next transaction or next day. 

Using the shortcut of ALT + U is great but we also need to option to turn the option off by default and use the short cut when we need to see it.

Current behavior allows you to toggle on/of using either the button or the hot key.

Preferences allow configuration for panel orientation on the right or left side.

Request is to add a preference to be able to (hide or turn off) as the default behavior - might be similar to the preferences for the pan tool.
