  • 1.  Badges not getting unlocked

    Hi Community Members,

    It seems the badges and coins are not getting unlocked even after performing the required tasks. Is it just with me or with everyone?

    Hello Manpreet,

    I think you are also looking full list of badges not your personal list of badges . Once you complete any achievement/milestone you will get mail and badge

    Please check if you have received mail but did not get any badge.  There is no issue with my badges+ achievement. it is all in sync.
    I can see that you are having below badges.

    Thanks @Neeraj Kumar for the response.
    I was looking under My Contributions --> My Badges and I was not able to see any of my badges earned so far. While now, when I checked in "My Profile"​ section, I was able to view the badges. But this was confusing since the correct badges should appear under My Badges section. There is a reason why it's name is given as "My Badges"

    Yup.
    My contribution> My badge is showing all badge instead of My badge but showing correctly from my Profile.

    ​Thanks for tagging me @Neeraj Kumar and for your help! I have been able to view the screen you mention @Manpreet Kaur this seems to be a display issue which is effecting the page rather than your bages not being there. I will query this with our platform provider and keep you informed. Give me a shout if you have any questions :)

    I am also able to view the badges in My Profile section but not under My Badges section. It seems to be a display issue only. Thanks @Manpreet Kaur for highlighting it.​

    @Manpreet Kaur @Neeraj Kumar and @Ritansh Jatwani thank you for your patience. We spoke to our platform providers and this is a display issue. It is the same for all profiles as it's a display setting on that page.

    Together we are looking into the best way to make this display clearer for you, but in the meantime you will still be able to view your badges correctly on your 'my profile' page and I can assure you that no one has lost their badges they are all still there :)  I hope this is of use for you all I will provide further updates when I have them.
