    We are so pleased to launch our new ROM Hub initiative - Head of Automation Spotlight (HOA) 🚀🎉👏

    Every month in Hub we will be casting a spotlight on somebody who is passionate about all things Intelligent Automation and highlighting them for the world to see! Our main aim is to celebrate automation champions and to encourage sharing best practices and networking in our ROM Hub community.

    This month we are thrilled to announce our first HOA spotlight - @Jesse Tutt, who is also our very first ROM Hub MVP 👏👏! Myself and Emma are super grateful to have you as part of the ROM Hub family and are very excited to be working alongside you 🎉. 


    We also picked Jesse's brain to find out a bit about our new ROM Hub MVP and what he is up to in the world of intelligent automation 💭

    Can you explain your personal journey into Automation?

    My automation journey started 20 years ago when I was providing server and network support to a lottery ticket manufacturer and cross-trained with a software developer.  These skills set the foundation for the work I do today.

    What is your biggest achievement to date?

    Leading a team that has freed over 55 FTE of capacity is one of my greatest achievements.

    What is your top lesson learned?

    Intelligent Automation is more about organizational change management, than technology.

    What are your plans for the future?

    We are currently finding ways to automate the recognition of handwriting in PDFs, looking into chatbots, and trying to figure out a way to 'copy' IT resources when staff are hired or change roles.
