  • 1.  Login Agent not working

    I have installed for 7.1.2 but I am not able Login to the other machine
    I am not getting what is Domain means in the process to be given
    Below are error msg I am getting

    Exception : 0xc000006d: The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information.
    ERROR: Exception : 0x80131505: The operation has timed out. Testing Login Agent using

    Please help us with proper documentation and links to set up login agent

    If you still have the issue related to domain, You might need to reach your  infrastructure team to get the domain name bp is connected  with.

    @Vikram Ramesh - is it logging in locally i.e. BP trial version ? Set login Locally to True - if its the case then you do not need to provide the domain name - unless its on enterprise (In Enterprise we do have a domain name specific to org - That’s default to their winows login (Domain/UserName) ex- Corp/KumarM : Corp here would be the domain Name -

    For enterprise you would have to check what domain you use to login into your robot machine, by looking at your screenshots it does seem to me as its on local config.
