DX Asset PDF Guide Download

Hello team,

I'm noticing this quite often now when you download a PDF guide from DX the PDF name shows a unique ID and not a proper guide name.

So the user has to manually enter a name otherwise it will be hard to find the PDF again from the downloads folder if I'm coming back after some days.

Can we have a proper name for these PDF Guides downloaded from DX OR we may already have the name but just need to update it somewhere in the backend?

Hi @Tejaskumar_Darji

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and being patient while we worked on it. We had to update some code to make this work effectively but it is now updated in our system, When downloading the file will now take on the name of the filename that was used by the user upon upload.
