Function for Microsoft 365 - Outlook - 1.0.0

Good Morning.

I notice in the documentation for this new object that Blue Prism v6.7 or above is required. We are currently running v6.6 and had been using the old Outlook Graph API VBO, but had been unable to send emails greater than 3mb (seemingly down to an issue with the Create Upload Session endpoint). Has this newer VBO simply not been tested with v6.6, or is there some fundamental underpinning technology that would not be able to run on our version? Alternatively, are there any other M365-based solutions to sending email larger than 3mb on older versions of Blue Prism?

Hi @john.hammond,

The new VBO has not been tested with any version of Blue Prism prior to v6.7. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with 6.6 though.

Regarding the attachment limit, this is a Microsoft imposed limit. The only way around it, with Graph, is to use OneDrive or some other file hosting service and then include a link to the actual file within the email. There are some links, in the user guide, to specific Microsoft documentation that discusses their mailbox limits.

Cheers,
