We are experiencing an issue with our Blue Prism environment. The Blue Prism application itself opens and runs without errors, but when we try to run any process, it executes extremely slowly or doesn’t move at all.
We suspect the problem might be related to the logging database. It seems like the logs are not being written properly, possibly due to the database being full or having performance issues. This may be causing the processes to freeze or run very slowly.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could a full log database prevent new logs from being written and affect process execution speed?
Any suggestions on how to check the database or resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @aizat_RPA
Thank you for being an SS&C Blue Prism customer and for using Blue Prism.
I am sorry to hear you are having issues. This is a problem I haven't come across but that is mainly because my usage is not enterprise level, it is developer level and as such the volume of transactions I have are much smaller.
In order to try and get some light on the issue, I am going to contact colleagues who might be able to assist or at least throw us some ideas of what to try.
It might be worth looking into your SQL Server database, from a DBA's point of view, and check the log files and whether or not they are full and need to be backed up and archived away. The transaction log is definitely work reviewing in this case. Make sure you take DBA advice on any suggested actions. Other items to review might be available disk space, as if this is limited, it can affect performance.
In the interim, I will ask internally and see what we can come up with.
