Hi,
I've had a recurring issue whereby Blue Prism throws an internal exception when executing an attach stage. The application is Internet Explorer, and we're using the standard attach action. Most of the times it works flawlessly, but in short periods we repeatedly get the exeption:"Internal : Failed To perform Step 1 In Navigate Stage 'Attach' on page 'Attach' - The given key was not present in the dictionary.".
The input parameters are:
1. Window Titles (as collection). This is a wildcard value which, as far as we know, is always present on this website.
2. Process Name: equals iexplore
3. Child Index: Always equals 0.
When using this action we also have another instance of Explorer open, but this doesn't seem to be the issue.
Does anyone have a clue what might be causing this?

Were you able to resolve your issue above? We are having the same (or similar) issue and having trouble getting to root cause.

The exact same situation described in the first post of this thread, except we do not keep child index as 0 but we cycle through multiple indexes if the key can't be found.

Have you already tried to remove the index, maybe it is not finding the windows title in that index.
