Hi Seema,
Make sure you have granted your API service account sufficient permissions in Blue Prism, as if it is a human user. In your specific case, it involves going to Blue Prism > System > Security > User Roles, then assign Resources > View Resource permission to the user role API service account is associated with.
Once the above is done, get a new access token in PostMan, and run the endpoint again.
