Error: "There was an error during the spying operation" when I spy Adobe AcrobatReader DC

Hi, I tried to spy a PDF file, but when I used Region Editor in Application Modeller it doesn't work and returns the error: "There was an error during the spying operation". I use BP 6.02.

Hi Davide - if you're using Adobe it could be that there is more than 1 Adobe exe running. Look in Task Manager to see if this is the case. You can get that error when the object is attached to one exe and you try to spy an element that belongs to another exe. Often the solution is to create multiple objects, one for each exe.
