Error while Adding Data to Queue_The request channel timed out

Hello,

I am getting the following error while adding data to the queue with Blue prism version 6.10.3

"Internal : The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."

The bot is adding data, but I am still encountering this internal error sometimes.

Could someone please suggest how I can fix this issue?

Hi,
 
If multiple domains are involved, latency may be affecting Blue Prism Enterprise (BPE) when trying to connect to all the domains in the environment.
Please review the following KB Article and update the Active Directory Domains option configuration

"Manually Configure Domains" by specifying the domain that is being used.
