Hi
We are launching to a particular website using launch action and passing URL as command line parameters but sometimes launch is failing with this following message ERROR: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch' - Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) we tried splitting the navigate onto a different action first launching internet explorer and then navigating to particular URL , we cleared the cache and cookies on internet explorer as well but of no use. Any help on this is much appreciated.

Hi Krishna,
Basically its look like access issue and need some more info to give correct answers.
1.Are you facing this issue with specific bot ?
2.did you check manually launch the IE after getting error ?
3.Is any policy changes happen in background ?

I ran into that issue when we first set up our robots; they were being run on Windows Server and the "IE Enhanced Security Configuration" was turned on. If you're on Windows Server, pull up Server Manager and make sure that setting is turned off for both users and admins.
