Hi All,
Blue Prism officially discontinued support for the Firefox browser after version 7.1.2. Has anyone identified a workaround or method to continue using Firefox with Blue Prism versions 7.2, 7.3, or 7.4?
We have an internal application that only functions correctly in Firefox when "Enhanced Tracking Protection" is disabled. Unfortunately, the same settings do not yield the desired results in Edge or Chrome, leaving us reliant on Firefox for this use case.
We would prefer to avoid Surface Automation. So far, we've been able to launch Firefox and load the target page after installing the browser extension using .xpi file and modifying the registry keys. However, Blue Prism throws an error at runtime indicating that the Firefox extension is incompatible with version 7.3.
If anyone has encountered and resolved this issue—or found an alternative approach—we would greatly appreciate your insights.
Thanks and regards!
