How to compare Collection column to a value I set

I was trying to compare the collection column value to a value in a data set. However, I'm having trouble in getting the column, I tried reading using the "Read from Collection" from the business object "Collection Manipulation" but what I am getting is an index error. I am a newbie so pardon me please. Thanks.

Try looping(using the build in Loop function ) thru The collection where you want read the value from and read the Collection.Value while looping .
