How to get the design-time attribute values?

Is there a way to get the design-time attribute values during run-time? Design-time attribute values are ones generated by the Application Modeler through spying.

For most application types there should be an option with a read stage to 'Get Window Attribute' or Get AA Attribute'... etc. This allows you to get the attribute values at runtime. Simply set the Attribute Name to be the same as show in Application Modeller.
