Hi,
I have a following requirements - send users from organization or outside organization a link so that they can click on it and it will open an Interact form.
I believe that for users who are part of organization SSO it can be achieved (can you help how?) but for users outside organization is it possible?
Thanks.
Regards,
Zdenek

Hi Zdeněk
It's not currently possible to send a link to a new submission. Any link to an Interact form would require the user to log in and then take them to the Interact Home tab. From there, they can select the relevant tile for a new submission or move to other tabs to see previously submitted forms, items in their inbox, etc.
Also, any user, whether inside or outside your organization, must have an Interact user account with a unique username. Interact does not currently support public forms but this is planned for a future release.
Cheers

Hi, Joe,
thanks a lot for a prompt reaction. Just for reassurance - is SSO supported? So that a user receiving a link does not have to provide logging details?

Hi Zdeněk
SSO is not supported as yet. As per the roadmap, this will be resolved in the November release along with the mapping of Active Directory roles to Hub and Team management functions.
Cheers
