Hi,
We have BP installed in 3 VDI's from where we have to perform some process(Web, Windows, Citrix, etc.) and we have a control room which is also a VDI.
Will the login agent works if it's a VDI? we have local desktops from where we will access the VDI
Thanks,
Anand

The expectation for Blue Prism is that you will always be using secure and IT governed VDI's - that is the enterprise solution. Desktops are only a temporary workaround for POCs/Pilots or until the enterprise infastructure is being provisioned.
So.. yes, the expectation is that login agent will be used on VDI's. Ensure your Technical Architect that is designing your Blue Prism infastructure follows all the recommendations given in the product guides and data sheets for both the VDIs themselves (Persistent and consistent), the remote access tools used (NOT RDP!!!), and the requirements for login agent to work.
