Hi All,
Is it possible to create trigger points that will run the Bots (processes) automatically as opposed to scheduling them to constantly run checks for those trigger points (e.g excel file)?
Many thanks.

Hi Simphiwe,
You can create windows exe to monitor the file availability and upon received you can trigger the process using command prompt. Please check the guide for running process using command prompt.

You can create a batch file which would continuously perform some operation ( For ex- If an excel file exists ) and then trigger the process using command line arguments. Out of curiosity i experimented with something similar and it worked fine.
Created one batch file , added to windows startup , and the script monitored one folder for an excel file. As soon i paste the file in that folder , the script triggered a test process
