I have a requirement to set a Batch type to Skip Validation however the request includes random sampling for Quality purposes. I see that a Batch type can be set so that a percentage of items can be verified by more than one user. Does this also work for items that Skip verification and if so, what user should be selected/set to have QC'ed? I see user 'GeneralUser' and 'Admin' can have QC values set and 'General User' is needed for exporting forms.
Thank you
To increase accuracy and quality, you can choose to have some of the batches verified by more than one operator. To do that define a certain percentage of batches that will pass through a verification by a second operator. The system will randomly select these batches.
You can define these percentages separately for Class verify and Data verify and also for each user and user group. For example, if there are any novice operators in the team it is a good idea to have their work checked by a more experienced operator.

Hi Ben,
The QC settings will only work for manually verified documents. Although the General User is the automated client ID and would be linked to the auto-verified documents, the QC ignores these documents.
It may be possible to set up an external process for QC'ing the auto-verified documents. Perhaps sending sample outputs with the respective documents to a verifier.
