Soap security Negotiation issue after App Server OS upgrade (Windows Server 2019)

Hi,

In January 2022, we had the famous SOAP Security Negotiation after a windows update and applied the SPN solution Blue Prism provided with success.

In the start of July, we had to upgrade OS of the Application Server and this issue had re-occurred.

1. Our infrastructure is as follows: 2 App Server (APP1, APP2) -> Load Balancer -> Multiple resources
2. Type of Connection: WCF: SOAP with Transport Encryption & Windows Authentication
3. We had no issues in DEV/UAT app Servers with Connection: WCF: SOAP with Message* Encryption & Windows Authentication
4. The same windows updates are in DEV/UAT and APP1 (server with issue).
5. The SETSPN configuration are the same in both APP1 and APP2
6. Production environment is still working only with APP2
7. Blue Prism Version: 6.10.1

8. The list of updates:

                           [01]: KB5013641
                           [02]: KB4512577
                           [03]: KB4535680
                           [04]: KB5005112
                           [05]: KB5014692
                           [06]: KB5014031

Does anyone also had this issue when upgrading to Windows Server 2019?

Hi @José Luís Pereira,

I'd suggest you open a ticket with Blue Prism support.

Cheers,
