Sort Inbox to oldest to newest in Interact

Hi community,

We have just started using Interact and sending a lot of submissions to our teams. But our team isn't fast enough to complete the Interact Inbox in a day. So when they submit our request Interact always shows the newest request from our robots.

We have tried to sort our ID and we then get the oldest. But next time we are in our Inbox its default is newest first.

Are there some settings in Interact we can do to make it always show the oldest first? Or does our back office always need to hit ID?

Hi Christer, 

The sort resets to default when you leave the inbox page. There is no way to have this persist after navigation away from the page for your users so it will always need to be sorted when they go to the inbox.
