Hi, I'm got some trouble with highlight tool, even after launch when I try to identify the window, it doesn't work, and when I use identify tool it makes an error like in the pics.   System.ApplicationException: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.    at BluePrism.AMI.clsAMI.Spy(clsElementTypeInfo& elementType, List`1& identifiers)    at AutomateUI.frmIntegrationAssistant.HandleSpyOrLaunchClick(Object sender, EventArgs e)\   regards, Vitor

I haven't tried for a while but I remember Acrobat being a difficult application to spy because there are multiple exes involved. When your object is attached to an exe you won't be able to spy an element belonging to another exe, You'll need another object that attaches to the other exe. Try looking at Task Manager to work out if there is more than one exe.
