Spying elements in SAP

Hi, We are trying to spy elements in SAP, but for one connection SAP mode is not enabled. For few other connections, SAP mode is enabled and we are able to spy elements. Please do let us know if there is any variation at the connection level for spy mode to be enabled. Thanks.

Hi Karthik - SAP has a 'scripting mode' that must be activated to enable BP.See https://blueprism.knowledgeowl.com/help/how-do-i-enable-sap-spy-mode

Hi John, Yes we have already tried ""scripting mode"", hence we were able to spy elements for one connection in SAP. In the same machine, we are trying for other connection in SAP, where SAP mode is not available to spy elements. Is there any settings which has to be done at connection level. Thanks.

Perhaps SAP scripting is not enabled across all connections?

Hi, I'm facing a similar issue: I can use SAP Spy mode on the login screen, but once I'm logged in the SAP spy mode isn't available. I have followed the SAP spy mode guide multiple times, but it doesn't work for this particular client. Any ideas how to solve this? Using v5 and Win 7.
