You can visit the Surface Automation Training Setup course on the Blue Prism University LMS. Under the Download Resources section, you will get the zip file consisting of the guides, images and the sample applications (Image Loader.exe and Surface Automation Training.exe) files.

I couldn't find the file to download imageloader.exe in surface automation. as I followed your link it redirected to blue prism university All enrolling course page. 

Can you please let me know the another way to unload it.
