Hey all,

I get the following message when trying to start a process:

"Unable to establish communication with server callback channel. This will prevent certain features from functioning properly. If this error persists, please consult the documentation: https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/bp-7-1/en-us/ascr/ascr.htm"

Does anyone know what could cause this to happen?
Using version 7.1.1 Application Server + Authentication Server.
Tried opening the port 10000 IN and OUT on the RR (VM), but still the same.

I do want to add, that it's possible to start a process, but this window pops up every time.

Following, I get same issue - doesnt stop me actually running processes but it is an annoyance. Have also tried opening ports.

I have tried to follow the steps in the article without any luck. 

We also did a port scan, and it seems that port 10000 isn't open on the App Server, even though we have disabled firewall.

Should I try another port?

If I were you, I'd engage with Blue Prism Support and make them figure it out hahaha
