Unable to start Blueprism Server

Hello Everyone, 
has anyone encounter a windows error while trying to start blue prism server service? i'd appreciate any workaround on this.
Note that the log verbose message and log traffic detail box is un-checked from the logging settings

Hi @lawalabibat 

There are few reasons why this might happen I will list down few below,

1. Make sure your database server is up and running(try to access/login to database instance).

2. Check if there are any locked queries in database instance which are running from long time.

3. How frequently you purge database tables for blueprism database?

4. Also make sure your firewall is not blocking the BP service.

i appreciate your response, also sorry for just getting back. I have checklist the probable cause you listed but it all seems to be fine. The DB server is running fine no locked queries and firewall isn't blocking the service.
